How to Conceive Baby Girl Naturally Success Story - Follow this position, calendar & Remedies
Almost all method are based on: Boy sperm swim faster, but survive for shorter periods of time than their female producing counterparts. Girl sperm are stronger (life longer) and more resilient, yet swim slower than boy sperm.
How to conceive baby girl calendar
Step one. First identifying the most fertile or ovulation day, but when are my fertile or ovulation days? You need records your menstrual cycle for couple of months. This is example menstrual cycle from couple of months: let’s say your charted cycles measure 25 days, then 30 days, 27 days, 29 days and then again 25 days. In our case to conceive the baby girl choose the lowest one: 25 days then subtract16 days. This way you obtain the approximate day when your ovulation (meaning the release of the egg) begins. Then mark your calendar.
Step two. According to the Dr. Shettles, you should have sex two to four days BEFORE ovulation if you are hoping to conceive a girl. So it's means 2-4 days before your mark at calendar.
The reason are: male-cells are smaller and weaker therefore they survive for fewer days inside your body, while those carrying female-cells are stronger and remain viable and perfectly functional for 72 hours. This means means when you at ovulation days (most fertile days) only the girl sperm are still alive.

How to make baby girl position?
Girl sperm are slower swimmers, but have better stamina and are able to travel further to seek out the egg. For this reason, Dr Shettles believed that shallow penetration, which would lead to ejaculation a greater distance from the cervix, would give girl sperm an improved chance of reaching the egg. This means when your husband ejaculate it's better when the penis are not too deep to the cervix. In this situation, boy sperm would swim very fast for a short time, and would probably never make it to the egg.So from the theory the best position are:
Missionary. You should lie on your back, and your partner should lie on top, and enter you. But ou should try to keep your legs in a missionary position and DON'T wrapping them around your partner’s waist, because when you do that you will allow for much deeper penetration.
Spooning. The position of your legs while spooning helps to keep penetration shallow.
Girl On Top. Actually This position makes it onto both gender lists for conception. Since you are hoping for a girl , you will be charged with maintaining shallow penetration during sex. The key to this position, is to not let him go too deep.
Okay this is are bad news Avoid An Orgasm For A Girl. The female orgasm releases an alkaline secretion which may help boy sperm to survive longer, by creating a less hostile environment. Without these secretions, boy sperm may find it harder to survive, and have less chance of reaching the egg. Just be patient you can get orgasm at the other time like when you are not on your fertile days.
How to conceive a girl diet, food or home remedies
Certain foods are friendlier to female sperm than male sperm. So some diet can strengthen female sperm and weaken male one.Supplements. recommended for conceiving a baby girl are supplements delivering high amounts of magnesium, vitamin C and calcium, as these change the consistency and composition of mucus inside the vagina, making it harder for male sperm to survive and enhancing the life span of female sperm.
Less salt. Salt is not good for you or your chances of having a girl, supposedly. Try cutting out salted meats, olives, blue cheeses and processed food while you are trying to conceive.
More vegetable. According to one study, eating more fruit and vegetables can improve your chances of conceiving a girl. Some people believe a vegetarian diet can help you to conceive a girl, especially if you eat foods such as spinach, nuts and broccoli. Foods naturally high in calcium and magnesium, such as leafy greens, fruits and rice, are also said to be good for conceiving girls.
